F3 Bid Solutions helps a business find bids that fit, fill the forms it can, draft the proposal, and check the package before the business submits it. We prepare the package. You review every page, you sign, and you submit. We do not submit a bid for you, and we do not guarantee that you will win the work.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your company details, numbers, and the answers on a bid. If something is wrong, tell us before you submit.

An account is for your company. You decide who on your team can sign in. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

Use F3 Bid Solutions for your own bids. Do not use it to break the law, to harm someone else's bid, or to send anything you do not have the right to share.

A paid subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel from your billing page. Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

To the extent the law allows, F3 Bid Solutions is not liable for lost profits, a lost award, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
