Privacy

We collect only what we need to run F3 Bid Solutions and to reply to you.

If you create an account, we keep your name, email, and password. Your company profile holds the business facts you enter so we can fill bid forms. Bid documents you upload stay with that bid. The public contact form stores the message you send (name, company, email, phone, type of business, county, and what you asked for). Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

We use this information to prepare bid packages, to show your team its own work, to answer a contact-form message, and to bill for the service.

Sensitive numbers such as an EIN are encrypted when we store them.

We use service providers to host the app, to send email, to take payment, and to process documents with AI when you ask us to read or draft from them. They handle that information for us. We do not sell your data.

If you are a California resident, you can email us to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will not discriminate against you for asking.
